The diagram provides information about the process of producing sugar from sugar beets.
Overall, there are nine distinct stages of producing sugar. This starts from collecting beets, remove the dirt and rocks from beets and then finally heated several times to produce sugar juice and then centrifuge to crystals to finally produce sugar.
First of all, beets collected from a garden, farm, or a wild area. Beets are then transferred to industry which removed dirt and rocks from beets. After that, beets passes through washing machines, which removed other dirty particles from them. Afterwards, beets are cut into small pieces through a big cutter machine to make cossettes. Then the small pieces of beets is mix with water and heated at 70 degree to produce sugar juice.
On the other hand, milk of lime is added into sugar juice to clean it. In the next step, pure clean sugar juice and sugar juice with mixed milk of lime undergoes filteration. Apart from that, this sugar juice is heated several times for the evaporation of water. After that separate the other tiny crystals through the mixture, and then finally this results in producing sugar.
