Overall, Winnipeg had the largest population, while Victoria was the least populated area in Canada.
Only 4 communities had populations that were around 10,000 people. In which, Montreal and Prince Albert had almost the same number of people in their areas with around 10,000. Meanwhile, the smallest communities with a little over 6,000 people was Victoria, which was only around 500 people less than Thunder Bay. In terms of residence per community, the total number of citizens living in the 4 least populated areas was approximately 42,000 people and 4,000 people less than Winnipeg.
Winnipeg, with a population of around 46,000 people, was almost 1.5 times larger than the second highest figure, which was Edmonton with slightly over 32,000 residents. Vancouver followed right behind with a little more than 30,000 citizens per area. Meanwhile, the last 5 communities had a population range between 10,000 to 16,000.
