The process of manufacturing ceramic pots is illustrated in the diagram. Showcasing the entire procedure, from extracting raw materials from earth to the finishing products.
First, a large digger is used to excavate raw materials from the ground. It is then transferred to the factory by a truck, where the formation of pots begin. At the factory, the excavated materials are crushed into finer pieces by a machine. Following that, a liquid is added to the pieces in the mixing process. The mixture is then poured into moulds and left to dry for around 4 to 6 hours.
After the clay pots are dried, they are carefully taken out of the mould and put into the oven for a heating process at a temperature of 1000 degree celsius. After that, the pots are coloured and fired again to make sure that the colour stays on. Finally, the pots are finished and ready to be sold.
