The diagram shows the process of producing ceramic pots. The process consists of eleven main steps. It starts when raw materials are collected, continues when it is treated through drying and colouring processes and ends with the finished pots.
The process starts when raw material is digged and collected by excavators. After that, the raw material is delivered to factories for processing steps. Subsequently, the mixture goes to two stages of crushing. The second crushing step makes the material finer. Next, the resulting mixture is mixed with other materials before going through a pipe to moulds for drying steps.
In the remaining steps, after the mixture is dried for 4 to 6 hours, it is put in assembled clay pots to form the shape. Consequently, the clay pots are burnt in the ovens with 1000 degree celsius. The burning process makes the pot drier so that its shape is solid and cannot be changed anymore. Following that, the solid clay pots are coloured in the buckets and then go through a colour firing process, which makes the pot paint colour stick better. Afterwards, the finished coloured clay pots are ready for usage.
