The flow chart illustrates the sequence process of making a simple ice cream recipe using household items.
Overall, the diagram shows 6 steps, starting from preparing the main ingredients until the ice cream is ready to serve by hardening. The process requires an adequate period of time to have the best result on the final product.
The first process, which is called: preparation, consists of pouring and mixing all the ingredients into a bowl. After the needed ingredients are well-mixed, the next step is to pasteurize it by heating it up in a pan, while adding extra components to the mixture. The third and fourth step include aging and freezing the pasteurized mixture. This process demands us to wait for a certain period of time until the mixture is ready to be hardened, because if not the product wouldn’t have the expected texture of the final product. The two of the last step is adding extra topping for the ice cream, and then the last step is to harden the ice cream using a freezer so it can be well-served to consume.
