Initially, there was a farmland in the north-east section of the town. However, now it has been replaced by a golf and tennis course, which occupies the same position as before. Additionally, the hotel and public park, both of which were originally situated in centre. In the present hotel has been built in modern style with expanded rooms, while the public park has been completely removed to make way for holiday homes and the new car park, developing convenience for tourists.
In the past, the western part of the road consisted of housing, sports and fish market areas. Nowadays, while housing has been expanded, sport and fish market have been destroyed to make room for restaurants and apartments, situated adjacent to road. In addition, the southern part of the town used to sea with morning fish boat, now with the development of the town, it has been transformed to yacht on the sea.
