The diagrams illustrate both lady bird’s life cycle and anatomy.
Overall, it is clear that the lady bird has an average lifespan of 32 days. Moreover, its life cycle consists of four main stages: egg, larval, pupa, and adult . however, the anatomy of the ladybird is divided into eight distinct regions.
The life cycle begins when eggs are laid on a leaf. After approximately 2 to 5 days, they transform into a larval. on day 21, larval sticks to leaf , after which it becomes a pupa for seven days. After that, the pupa turns into a full developed adult lady bird and the entire cycle is repeated again.
On the other hand, there are eight major anatomical divisions in the ladybird’s body. Firstly, the head which composed of the eyes, Pronotum, and Antenna. The wing , which cover ladybirds’s middle section ( the abdomen)and enable it to fly, and made up of Red Elytra. Finally , there are the four legs.
