The diagrams illustrate both lady bird’s life cycle and anatomy.
Overall, it is clear that the lady bird has an average lifespan of 32 day. Moreover, its life cycle consists of four main stages: egg, larval, pupa, and adult . however, the anatomy of the ladybird is divided into eight distinct regions.
The life cycle begins when eggs are placed in a leaf. After approximately 2 to 5 days, they transform into a larval. on day 21, larval sticks to leaf , after which become a pupa for seven days. After that, the pupa turn into a full developed adult lady bug and the entire cycle is repeated agin.
On the other hand, there are eight major anatomical divisions in the ladybird’s body. Firstly , the head which composed of the eyes , Pronotum , and Antenna. The wing , which cover ladybug’s middle section ( the abdomen)and enable it to fly, made up of Red Elytra. Finally , the four legs.
