In the initial stage,female bees lay one or two eggs every three days. These eggs take around 9 to 10 days to hatch, after which larvae emerge. Following this, the larvae undergo the first moulting after five days, and a second moulting occurs seven days later.
After a further nine days period, a young adult bee emerges. Finally,it takes approximately four more days for the young bee to reach full maturity, at which point the life cycle begins again.
