To begin with first 3 steps, firstly, sugar canes cultivate between 12 and 18 months for growth, after ripening, it is time to harvest and it makes in 2 ways, one of them which is using tracks and the other one gets by hand. Then it follows to crushing process, which sugar canes put into some machine for crushing, and this machine turns sugar canes into juice form by crushing.

Moving onto the other steps, after crushing process, juice form put into some limestone filter to purify sugar liquid. Next, this mixture boils with some heat, because it is expected that this juice becomes a syrup by the help of evaporator. Afterward warmed syrup keeps apart from sugar crystals. Finally, these crystal pieces place in some cups and it is dried and cooled to make sugar perfectly.
