The flow chart illustrates the seven stages of producing sugar from sugar cane.
First of all, it took 12 to 18 months for sugar canes to grow up. Second of all, the sugar canes would be harvested by special machines or by human hands. Third stage of the process is crushing, sugar canes get crushed by a machine and turn into juice.
On the following stage, the produced juice would be transferred throw a limestone filter in order to get purified. Then the evaporation stage would be started. On this stage the purified juice got heated to become syrup. After that, the sugar crystals got separated from the syrup by contrifuging. The ending stage of the process is cooling and drying.
