The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing sugar from sugar cane. Overall, the process consists of seven main stages, beginning with the growing sugar canes, followed by crushing canes to make a juice and filtering, and ending with drying and cooling procedures.
In the first stage, sugar canes are grown approximately 12-18 months. Then, they are harvested using two types such as human strengths and special trucks. This product is then crashed through a mechanism to produce a special juice. Subsequently, this juice is put into a limestone filter to remove impurities.
In the following stage, this mixture is moved to an evaporator machine, which is on the fire with high temperature, in order to make a syrup from juice. Next, using proper centrifuge system, sugar crystals are accurately separated from a syrup and transferred into a metal container. In this container, separated sugar crystals underwent drying and cooling procedures, becoming ready for consumption.
