Overall, the production process consists three big stages, beginning with empty bottles in any type then, collecting point of the bottle after that transporting to the manufacture and ends with sending to the supermarket and ready for sell to the customer.
The process starts with bottles and collecting the points from the bottles then, sending the bottles to the factory to deep clean it until it turn clear brown and green. In the subsequent, the clean bottles are transfer to the recycling place after that, put it in the furnace to recycled the liquid glass.
Following this, new liquid glass is manufactured next, the new liquid glass needs to be molded to make the new bottles to use furthermore, the bottles that are recycled transporting to the supermarket and ready to sell for the customers.
