Bricks used in the building industry are manufactured through a scientific process. From collecting the raw clay to creating a final block of bricks requires 5-6 steps.
First of all the raw material that is the clay is collected from the land using the diggers. Then, the clay is passed through the metal filter to remove the unwanted particles. After that, filtered clay is treated with sand and water to prepare a mixture which is passed through a wire cutter to form blocks and the blocks are then transferred to the moulds.
Afterwards, the brick moulds are kept in a dry oven for 24-48 hrs, and then they are passed through different temperature zones that are moderate (200 – 980 degree celcius) then high (870 to 1300 degree celcius) and then atlast to the cooling chamber for 48-47 hrs. After the cooling process is completed the bricks are packed and then delivered.
