The diagram demonstrates the process of manufacturing Bricks for the construction industry.
Overall, it depicts various stages, starting from clay digging to final delivery of bricks to the industry.
The process begins with clay digging by using excavator. Once digging is completed, then clay is passed through a metal grid, which breaks it into small pieces. The small pieces is mixed with sand and water and then add the mixture into wire cutter or mould to make bricks.
After making bricks from mould , the bricks is kept into dying oven for 24 to 48 hours. Subsequently, the drying bricks are now addeded into kiln , where the temperature varies from 200 to 980 degree celcius which is moderate. Then, it transformed to higher temerarture with 870 to 1300 degree celcius , where bricks are heated to make them stronger. After heating, cooling chamber reduces theri heat within 48 to 72 hours. Finally , the bricks are ready for use and package the bricks and loaded to the truck for delievery for construction site.
