Process of recycling plastic bottles is explained in 10 steps.
It briefly shows the collection of plastic bottles,breaking them into small pieces, process of coverting them into raw materials and makng useful products out of it.
the procedure begins with the collection of plastic bottles from bins. Once they all are picked up, they are gathered at Recycling centre via garbage collecting trucks. Here,they are segregated . As you get the ones that can be recycled, they are compressed and turned into blocks. Further these blocks are demolished and crushed into finer particles
As we move ahead, These are thoroughly washed and sent to produce plastic pallets. Now, as we heat these pallets, we finally get the raw material needed for production of useful stuff. Finally, we make different products out of it such as cloths, bags, pencils, water bottles and tiffin boxes.
