The diagram illustrates scheme of the recycling process consisting of nine consecutive steps .
Firstly , it starts with the proper segregation of disposed items where bottles are collected in a designated spot .
Then it goes to sorting factory by specialised machine . After selection , all of them ,they are compressed into gigantic blocks and transported to the next section , where crusing machines grind them into pieces .These pieces are then washed in water to prepare them for another stage of cutting, which transforms them into pellets.
Pellets are especially important , because they are easy to heat and mold a new shape .Therefore, raw material produced after pellet stage can be turned into different products such as T- shirts bags and pens
Overall, during the recycling process, bottles change their initial form—they are compressed, ground, and eventually heated into new shapes.
