The next stage is when the processed filets are packaged in metal cans, adding either brine, water, or oil to enhance the flavor. These cans are subsequently sealed, followed by sterilizing with high temperature. When the cans have been cooled down, they are sent for labeling and in the next step, they are stored and dispatch to sent them to the supermarkets for sale.
