Secondly if the applicant pass the test he/she have to pay the fee and if he/she fails the eye test then the applicant will be count as not applicable. After paying the fee the candidate have to take a written test and if he/she passed the test then second test will be a driving test . If the applicant pass both test he/she will get a licence and if he/she doesn’t pass the test they can retake the test twice and if still fails to pass they have to pay the fee again to take the test.
