Overall, the oil manufacturing process can be divided into 3 parts. The first step is the collection and preparation of the necessary materials; the second is producing; and the last step is exporting to customers.
In the first process, olives are raked down and stored in vats for 2-3 days. After which, they are run through cool water, prepared to be pressed and turned to oil. In the second process, the olives are crushed by hammers in a machine. The olive stones are separated and contained in a container, while the remaining paste is then pressed and filtered in a hydraulic press. After which, the paste is fully turned into an oil substance.
In the last part of the olive oil production process, the freshly pressed and filtered oil is then put in a centrifuge to forcefully be separated into water and oil. The latter is then bottled and ready for distribution to customers.
