To commence, the process begins when the olives are harvested manually with a rake. These harvested olives are stored in a vat for 2 to 3 days before being put onto a conveyor belt, where these are rinsed with cool water. The olives then are moved to a crushing machine, including three hammers, which apply a force onto them to split olive stones and olive paste.
The former then pass through a pipe and stored in a container while the latter enter another pipe to a pressing and filtering machine, which has filters and hydraulic press to release oil from these olive paste, following this, the oil goes through a process called spinning and separating when transported to a centrifuge, aiming to remove water. The qualified oil then is bottled before being delivered to the store.
