Looking at the diagram,it is readily apparent that the eight-step diagram can be broken down into two main stages,ranging from collecting and treating olives to manufacturing olive oil to the final product,which will be transported to stores.
Initially,standard-quality olives are collected directly from the trees by recking.This stage often require the involvement of farmers.Then,the pre-harvested olives will be stored in a vat to await for the following steps in 2 to 3 days.After that,they will experience a long process by a designated machinery system,starting by washing under cold water to ensure that olives are cleaned and ready to be subjected to the pressure from a hammer into a volume of liquid which will be used to produce oil while the olive stones will be put in a container.
To begin with,hydraulic and filters are utilized to press and filter the pre-treated paste from the olives and then,the finished oil will be poured in a centrifuge,where it is spinned and separated from water before being filled in bottles.
At the end of the process,bottled olive oil will be delivered to stores and ready to be on sale.
