In addition, after fermentation goes to evaporation and then evaporated by 100 degree celcius around 8 hours, following this, after evaporated it goes into steam. Subsequently, cooled the mixing with 5 deegree celcius around 8 hours and after cooled it devieded into to part either filter and converted into waste water or at the last stage filter into soft cheese.
