The graph gives the information about how to making soft cheese.
Overall, there have five opart to make soft cheese. Some of the part have change the temperture, also some part take a long time. And it show about how it from Mike becoming a cheese.
In the first part, have to put water and milk and mixing them. After that cooling them in a 5°C temperture and 2 hours. Tehn put some salt inside. Third part, fermentation for 35°C temperture and 2 hours. In the next part, evaporation about 100°C temperture and 8 hours. There have steam out of the things. There was alsmot finish in the last of the part, let them in cooling for 5°C temputer and 8 hours. There have many mix things inside, however the have waste water out in thise 8 hours. After the 8 hours in the another Filter the soft cheese is finish.
