The diagram compares a process of making soft cheese. Overall, this process consists two main steps, begining with mixing of water, milk and ending with heating materials in order to get a finish product.
In the first stage, water and milk are poured and mixed to create homogenerous mixture. This mixture then is cooled at a low heat (5 Celsius degree) during 2 hours. After that, materials are delivered to another facility where they undergo futher processing.
The second stage is heating material through diffterent phases. Firstly, fermentation experiences at 35C over 6 hours. In this process, salt is added to enhance cheese favour and consevation. The materials continue undergo the evaporation in the extremely condition, at 100C in total 8 hours. Following that, the cooling is conducted, resulting in the convertation of cheese from liquid to thick liquid form. This finally step places in 6C in 6 hours. After discarding waste water through filter, soft cheese is collected as a final product.
