At the start, fish are caught in the sea and then stored on a large boat. After that, they are sent to the port and frozen in a specialized factory. Next, the fish are thawed in fresh water to remove impurities and preserve their quality.
This is followed by the step of cutting open all the fish after they have been cleaned. Additionally, they are soaked in saltwater and a yellow coloring agent to enhance their appearance.
After this stage, the fish are smoked and then stored in boxes to freeze in an extremely cold environment at 0 degrees Celsius. Once this process is completed, they are cooled in a cold storage facility before being distributed by truck to fish stores, where they will be sold.
