Overall, there are 10 steps to reproduce and repurpose aluminium tins. It also takes six weeks to finish the product.
Starting from a truck that collected the recyclable cans going to the deposit area. Next is cleaning the cans with water to remove dirts before putting in crusher. Afterwards, it will go through a significant process followed by using some chemicals to irradicate unwanted particles in the can. The product will go through heat process in preparation for moulding to a desired shape. Meanwhile, the cans willl be weighed to a required weight before putting into the rolling machine and finally, production of new aluminium cans.
To conclude, it takes a lot of process and time to repurpose an aluminium can that can be used again and will go through same procedure again after the consumption of it’s contents.
