Overall, according to graph, it can be seen that the process consists 11 steps and lasts for six weeks. It is beginning with collecting wasted aluminum cans and ending with done manufactured product as a result. The process also consists several main stages that include crushing and heating.
Initially, just before cans are deposited to a fabric, cars are collecting them from the street. Then, when delivered aluminum is watered, cleaned ones are going to crushing stage. Just after that, to receive ready metal for heating, it is processed and fully erased with chemicals.
On the following phase melted aluminum is poured into a mould. Before aluminum is put on the rolling conveyor, it is weighted with press. After the rolling stage we receive new cans that are ready for using.
