Production of cement started with the grinding of limestone and clay. When it becomes a powder, put it into a mixer to be more efficient. The next step, powder is heated in a rotating heater for a while. The roasted powder is ground and separated from the big pieces ,and cement is packaged in bags to be ready for transportation.
The steps of the concrete production are simpler than those of cement. It is made from a mixture of some items, which are cement, water, sand, and gravel (small stones). In this process the rate of ingredients are important, which includes 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand, and 50% small stones mixed in a concrete mixer for a certain time to become concrete.
