The two diagrams show each step needed for making cement and concrete for building purpose.
Overall, limestone and clay are crushed together to became powder, this powder went through a rotating heater and a grinder before to became cement. Then, cement bags are mixed with other elements into a mixer to create concrete that fitted with construction purposes.
Initially, limestone and clay went through a crusher and become powder, which was mixed and then pushed into rotating heater, where an intense flame burned the powder. After that, powder was grinded and become finally cement, ready to put in bags.
Concreate is a material made by half part of gravel (50%), which is constituted by small stones. The other elements for concreate-making are respectively 15% of cement, 10% of water, and 25% of sand. Those 4 elements are mixed in a specific machine called “concrete mixer”, that move in a circular sense, making the concrete necessary for building purpose.
