Cement production involves several stages, beginning with the crushing of limestone and clay to the preparation of material for delivery. In contrast, concrete production involves blending the obtained cement with water, sand, and gravel, followed by mixing the mixture in a concrete mixer.
Firstly, limestone and clay are crushed to the powder, followed by getting blent in a mixer, continuing with the substance getting warmed up and spun in a rotating heater, and lastly, the heated substance is ground in a grinder to make the final product. The cement is packed into bags and transported to their designated destination.
Secondly, concrete production involves only two stages. The first stage includes mixing the obtained cement with 15% water, a quarter of sand, and half of gravel. Lastly, the mixture gets stirred in a concrete mixer.
