In Cement Production, Limestone and Clay passes through 4 steps before being bagged into bags. Initially limestone and clay are crushed together to form powder and then passed into mixer, before being routed into rotating heater where they are rotated with applied heat for sometime. After that, they are once again passed through grinder before bagging the final product, that is cement, into bags
For concrete production, the measures of quantities are more refined compared cement production even though it uses relatively simple equipments compared to Cement Production. The measures of quantities being Cement(15%), Water(10%), Sand(25%) and Gravel(50%) mixed as all that is mixed into Concrete mixer to get the final product.
