It is clear that the process of producing yogurt consists of several stages. It is also noticeable that the process initially involves pasteurizing ingredients and culminates in packaging yogurt.
Looking at the diagram in more detail, the first stage involves pasteurizing primary ingredients such as milk, dry milk, sugar, and stabilizer with 85℃ heat in a hygienic stainless steel vessel. Once this stage has been completed, the mixture is homogenized at 42℃ cool temperature.
The process subsequently leads to fermentation, where the cultures are added as a final ingredient in the mixture. Following this, the mixture is stirred. Once the mixture has been stirred and stopped at 7℃ temperature, it is readied as yogurt. After completing all process, yogurt is transferred for packaging. At this stage, yogurt is poured into small pots. At the very final stage, yogurt is packaged for delivery to customers.
