The process diagram delineates the procedure for the preparation of yogurt.
In the first and foremost step of yoghurt production, the milk is heated upto 90 degree celsius which is then cooled until it becomes slightly warm.Following this, a small quantity of old yogurt and cold milk is whisked together until the mixture becomes smooth.Then, this mixture is added into the warm milk which was prepared earlier. Subsequently, a cloth is used to wrap this mixture in order to keep it warm. Thereafter, the prepared mixture is kept undisturbed for 5 hours for the yogurt to set off. As a result, after 5 hours the yogurt is prepared. Then this product is kept for cooling in any equipment like the refrigerator and it is stored for future use.
In conclusion, the preparation involved 8 steps where the main ingredients were milk and old yogurt.
