The maps display the current layout of an office building and that of after development. Overall, almost everything will be changed in some extent, while the width of the building is likely to remain unchanged. Moreover, according to plans, the office building will house more facilities.
Now, to the left of the entrance, there is a row of office rooms of almost equal size. The building is bounded on the western side by a grassy area. Next to the grass, to the top of the map, there is a kitchen, a canteen, and a stock room in a line. Similarly to the west side, the lawn bounds the east side, but it is larger compared to that on the opposite side. WCs are located on the corner, adjoining the stock room and the grassy area.
According to plans, the office building will be slightly reduced in size and the entrance will be moved to the middle. From the entrance, a bigger office room is projected to be on either side. A new outdoor seating area is expected to replace the lawn in the west. It is planned to build two office rooms in what there is a kitchen and a canteen now. The stock room will be extended, while WCs will be relocated on the northeastern corner. Between them, a coffee machine will be placed. After development, the right-hand side of the building will have been left as a large space with a meeting area southeastwards.
