The process illustrates how leather goods is turned into clothing.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the process consists of nine consecutive steps, from dying animal skins to producing finished leather products. In addition, the process take place in a factory setting and involve repeated soaking.
In the initial natural stage, animal skin is dried and then delivered to a factory by truck. Once there, there are washed using water and the mixture of water and lime.
After this washing step, skin is soaked in a lime which prepares it for furthering processes.
In the next stages, the soaked skin is flattened with machine and then soaked again in tannin, which made from water and vegetable matter. Following this, the next step is polishing to improve appearance, then the skin transformed to a factory in order to manufactured the leather products such as shoes, bags, and also balls.
