Overall, there are nine main steps in the process of producing wool, beginning with sheep herding and ending with utilizing wool in knitting or making woolen products.
At the first stage of the process, after the sheep are raised until they are matured enough to produce thick fur, they are going to be sheared and cleaned with water in order to remove dirt from their fur. Step three, the wet fleece was dried by drying machines with suitable temperature and collected to card. During carding by special brushes tools, it will appear string which was recycled. Step five, after carded, they had tuft of wool.
Step six, all tuft of wool were manufactured and deliveried to storage. Step seven, all tuft of wool from storage were spinned ball of yarn before giving to customer hand. Final step, customer use ball of yarn to make product from wool such as knitting, jacket or carpet
