Overall, this is largely a mechanical process that comprises 4 main stages, commencing with making pulp and culminating with making paper.
In the first stage which is termed making pulp, the process proceeds with the used paper being laid and transported on a conveyor belt system. Following that, these used paper box is doused in a machine that contains a mixture of water and chemicals, ready for the next step. Subsequently, the process continues with the second stage called filtering where the mixture is purified through a filter and then flows into a tank. After that, the liquid is poured into a solution of water and soap which is combined with ink and compressed air.
Once the filtering is complete, the cleaning stage is able to start. The mixture of paper with water and soap is moved into water and chemicals, allowing the solution to be washed. Ultimately, the cleaned pulp is poured on a conveyor belt, beginning the making paper stage. This purified pulp is processed in automatic machinery that has heated rollers and water processing. When this stage is finished, the recycled paper is successfully made,ready to sold to customers.
