The diagram shows us that how bricks that we use for buildings are made and their process of production. The bricks should get through 7 steps to be ready for use.
Firstly, bricks are made from clay, which can be collected from the land areas. Clays are digged by digger machines and after that, they will be get eliminated through metal grids. Then, clays are transfered by rollers and they will be added sand and water into the clay. The ingredients will get mixed. After that, sometimes the mixture will be put to the brick mould or used force to cut them by wire cutter. Right after, the wet bricks will be put to the drying oven to dry about 24 – 48 hours.
After the bricks dried, they are put to kilns and got heated to 200 C – 980 C on moderate heat. And it will be got heated to 870 C – 1300 C on high heat. After the bricks got dry, they have to cool down so they wait in a cooling chamber about 48 – 72 hours.
After all this process, the bricks are ready to go, thus they got packaged and delivered to the constructions.
