The cheese-making process begins with the fresh milk from cows, goats or sheep,which is first pasteurized and then pass standardization and filtration to disinfect.Meanwhile, production go through several lengthy methods such as cutting,stirring,draining of whey and etc. To sum up they add salt to enhance the flavor. Thanks to these steps, ripened cheese can be successfully produced from raw milk using traditional methods.
