The scheme below shows the process of clay bricks production including several stages from clay mining to transportation.
At the beginning, clay is being dug from the ground by an excavator. Afterwards it is sent to manufacture where it is processed. The first step of this is separating raw materials through a metal guid to exclude the largest fraction. Then a fine-grained part of the clay falls to a roller where it moves to the stage of adding sand and water.
After that, the resulting mixture is sent to a wire cutter or a mould where it is formed into bricks. At the next step the future bricks are placed in a drying oven for one or two days, afterwards they are moved to a kiln for a two-steps burn. At first it is being heated to moderate temperature of 200-980 °C, then to high temperature of 870-1300 °C. When it is done, the bricks should be placed in a cooling chamber for 2-3 days. When they are cooled, they are transported to the stage of packing and delivery.
