To begin with, the glass has been mealted by furnace which temperature is 105 degree celcious, then the melting hot glass is pressed on a mould The fourth step is that, the glass is tranfered into mould 2 this container wall is thick. Next, the air is included in the container. The 6 step is that, the container is heated by kiln 482 degree celcious. The following step is that, the hot container has been did cold by 25 degree celcious , which is took 60 minutes time to be cool.
