Initially, people collect the harvest of cacao trees and the second stage consists of pod opening, that actually means removing the beans. It continues with fermentation that lasts about a week and the owner puts them to drying under the sun.
The latter step is transporting and beans packed in sacks, then they roasted at a high temperature. The process keep on with grinding and crushing, that made into chocolate liquor.
