This diagram showcases the process of canned fruit. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are 14 steps involved in the process, which can be grouped into 3 main stages, which start with initial harvesting and transporting, followed by preparing and processing, and finally, labeling and delivering for shop retail.
In the first stage, fruit is picked by hand, after which it is transported for washing. The following stage starts with checking quality before it is conserved in cold temperatures.
Once it is canned, then it is sliced into pieces before peeling. Having been weighed, the fruit is then sealed and sterilized again. After being cooked, the canned fruit is labeled and kept in storage. And finally, it is distributed to fruit shops for sale
