The given diagram illustrates information about how tea leaves are processed to five different types of tea.
Overall, the diagram shows the processes how five different types of tea are made by tea leaves. The lowest number of steps is two, and the highest number of steps making tea is four.
Firstly, tee leaf grows and after that happens plucking. Following it goes withering, and if after withering just do oven drying it becames white tea. However, if after wuthering add steaming and rolling, and only after those goes to overn drying it became green tea. Additionally, if after the pocess of rolling wait for slight fermentation the tea after oven drying will be oolong tea.
Besides those, in order to get a large lead black tea the process after withering, steaming, and rolling should stop at full fermentation. Importantly, only after full fermentation it can be sold as large leaf black tea. However, the another type of tea called small leaf black tea is go through the process nearly similarly, the difference is that instead of the rolling process the crushing process is used.
