The image displays a flowchart outlining the tea production process and types of tea based on leaf processing. The process starts with "Leaf Growth," followed by "Plucking," and then "Wilting (Withering)." The next steps are "Steaming" and "Crushing." Post-crushing, "Rolling" is done which leads to either "Slight Fermentation" or "Full Fermentation." The final step in the production process is "Oven Drying." Meanwhile, the types of tea produced at the bottom vary based on the processing steps: "White Tea," "Green Tea," "Oolong Tea," "Large Leaf Black Tea," and "Small Leaf Black Tea." Each type of tea has a corresponding image of the tea leaves below its name.

The above diagram illustrates how tea leaves are processed into five types of tea. it includes White tea, Green tea, Oolong tea, Large leaf black tea, Small leaf black tea. The whole process contains around four to five stages after plucking the tea leaf.

White tea has a very straight forward process as after the leaf is plucked, it is drying in the oven and has only around 2 stages. However, Green tea has to go through a few steps before oven drying. After the plucking is done, the tea is withered, steamed and rolled after that only the last stage, which is oven drying.

On the other hand, for the other three remaining tea, process is slightly complex as it has a few more layers compared other tea. In Oorlong tea, the operation starts from withering after the plucking is over. later, the tea leaves are rolled and slight fermentation has began. the final stage will be to dry using the oven. Large and Small leaf black tea process is similar to each other but there’s a change in one stage. Suppose we consider the Large leaf balck tea, Initially its plucked, withered and rolled. The matching stage for Small leaf balck tea is the full fermentation phase.
