The picture depicts the processing of tea leaves into five differents tea types.
Overall, it can be seen that white tea is the simplest process. However, all five tea types have the same initial and final stages, the difference between them is in the middle stages and their preparation methods.
The process starting with growing leaf and plucking leaves when they get standard. After that, these leaves will be withering to make difference types of tea. With white tea, one of the simplest processed teas undergoes the last stage with dried by an oven. Green tea continues with steaming leaves, then it will be rolled and finally dried in the oven
Oolong tea processing with rolled the tea leaves, then, it will be fermentation for a little bit before the final drying stage. Large leaf black tea continuing with rolled leaves, but small leaf processed with being crushed before they are fermentation and finished with drying stage.
