Image for topic: The diagram shows how tea leaves are processed into five tea types. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image outlines sequential phases—leaf growth, plucking, wilting (withering), bifurcated into steaming or crushing; steam-processed leads to rolling and open drying for white tea, whereas crushed progresses to rolling with optional slight fermentation yielding green tea, no fermentation leading to oolong tea, rolling plus full fermentation then open drying produce large leaf black tea, and crushing with rolling, full fermentation followed by open drying results in small leaf black tea.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The diagram illustrates by which five types of tea are made from tea leaves.

Overall, the five types have to go through a process which begins with taking care of the tea plants and ends with drying in ovens. In addition, each type of tea requires a different middle stage.

In the initial stage, tea plants have to be grown and taken care of so that the leaves can grow. The next stage is plucking, or harvesting the leaves. Then is the middle stage, in this stage, tea leaves undergo different steps in order to make various flavors. But in the first place, all the leaves have to wilt until meeting the right demand.

Those leaves which are steamed will be rolled then. Other leaves which directly undergo the rolling process will be divided into 2 groups, slight fermentation group and full fermentation group. There are a number of leaves which are crushed and then experience a full fermentation step. The tea leaves which do not undergo any small middle steps will be directly dried in an oven with all other processed leaves. After drying, all the leaves will be spread into 5 different types of tea with each type having a specific process and the 5 types include: white tea, green tea, oolong tea, large leaf black tea and small leaf black tea.
