The diagram illustrates how to make jam from fruits.
From an overall perspective, the manufacture consists of 7 steps in total, initiating with preparation of fruit and culminating in packaging jam for consumption. This sequence of steps follow an interconnected stage, involving some primary ingredients and heating process.
The process begins with 4kg fruits being cleaned under the running water, and then they are mashed to create a consistent mixture. After that, some ingredients including 2 tablespoons of peanuts, ¼ cup of sugar and 1 cup of water are added into the mixture. At the same time, use a ladle to stir well when it undergoes a heating process at high temperature which lasts 10 minutes.
In the next step, some additional ingredients such as 4 cups of water and 2 more cups of sugar are employed. It continues to be heated for another 30 minutes until it reaches the desired syrupy form, and then this mixture is poured into different jars. In the packaging step, they are sealed with lids and left to cool for 1 hour before being served in family meals.
