The diagram illustrates the process of producing jam from fresh fruit. Overall, the procedure comprises two main stages, namely production and packaging, each involving several distinct steps.
At the initial stage, four kilograms of fruit are thoroughly washed under running tap water to remove dirt and other impurities. The cleaned fruit is then mashed using a kitchen machine. This pulp is mixed with one cup of water, sugar, and two tablespoons of peanuts, and the mixture is heated at a high temperature for ten minutes while being stirred continuously with a ladle. Subsequently, two additional cups of sugar and four cups of water are incorporated, and the cooking process continues until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
During the packaging stage, the hot jam is poured into a variety of containers. The containers are sealed with lids and left to stand for one hour to allow the jam to set.
Once ready, the jam is typically served during breakfast and enjoyed by the family.
